Service Manager
As the service manager you will be the face of the service department.
We are looking for a positive upbeat dependable hardworking interactive leader who will take ownership of this position while serving our guests and our technicians in a fastpaced atmosphere.
Leading a team of technicians dispatching repair orders greeting guests preparing repair orders providing honest repair recommendations sales assisting with diagnostic repair work working with the manufacturer to process warranty work conflict resolution guest satisfaction employee development keeping current with Ford training and certification.
Relevant Customer Service years Automotive experience years preferred Management experience years preferred This is a fulltime position.
We offer paid vacation and paid holidays.
Hours are Monday through Friday AM PM.
Wages depending on experience.
Valid Drivers license required.
