We are experiencing impressive growth and need a hands-on foreman to help maintain and direct future projects, specifically multi-family, and small commercial projects.

Job Requirements:
As a Construction Foreman, you must be able to lead a team effectively and efficiently.
You must have the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
Good communication skills with your team and subcontractors are a must.
Other requirements include:
Ability to work hands-on with all or most construction processes.
Proficient at reading and understanding blueprints.
Promote a safe work environment.
Will assist with responsibility in all day-to day jobsite activities including subcontractor management, safety, and inspections.
Ensures that construction work meets plans and specifications.
Ensures that all punch list issues are identified and resolved in a timely manner.
Ensures all warranty issues are identified, documented, and resolved in a timely manner.
Assist with project close-out including certificate of occupancies and punch list management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, correspondence, memos, contract documents and specifications, and CPM schedules.
Ability to read and understand work orders, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Knowledge of established construction means and methods.
Understanding of construction scheduling and cost control.
Ability to interact and communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and employees.
Thorough and attentive to details; extremely organized and able to prioritize and multitask.
Computer skills; proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and Procore.
Education/Experience Requirements:
Foreman will have experience of commercial construction projects with knowledge of townhomes, hotels and multifamily projects.
Post-tension construction experience, especially post-tension parking garages.
